Welcome back to another week of your weekly Wednesday workout. This week we wil be focusing on that little thing called – ENDURANCE. Endurance is what keeps us going, hitting every stunt, perfecting every tumbling sequence and running through every routine with energy!
So here’s the thing- of course we all want to be the best and I’m sure you think that the only way to be the best is to practice, practice, practice – right? Wrong! I am here today to tell you not to practice longer (woohoo!) but practice smarter!
But don’t sweat it – as your personal cheer fitness coach and founder of cheerFIT (www.cheerfittraining.com), I have put together a series of exercises that you can do to build that endurance and boost your energy!
Be sure to complete each exercise for 40 seconds followed by a 20 second rest. Complete the entire circuit 4 times

- Jump Squats
- Side to Side Burpee Jumps
- Plank Jacks
- Jump Squat Lunges
